If you wish to visit the villa, you can also rent one of my other houses in São Mamede, which is at 8 km from the project location.
In case you buy a house, the villa’s rental price in São Mamede will be for “6 nights maximum” and deducted from the purchase price, which will give you the opportunity to sleep comfortably in this astonishing northern area of Portugal.
However, if you prefer to stay in a hotel in the area, the price of your hotel room will be refunded up to 6 nights and with a maximum price of € 100/night, after having signed the purchase agreement of the villa.
