The villa is only rented in its entirety, at 400 EUR/day with a minimum of 7 nights in july and august and from 20th december to 7th january. The remainder of the year the price per night is 350 EUR, also with a minimum of 7 nights. At your arrival a payment of 100 EUR will be made for the cleaning of the house.
Payments for reservations are not refundable.
At your arrival a deposit of 500 EUR will be paid. This amount will be refunded 7 days after departure if no damage has been found. The arrival at the villa is sheduled from 16:00 and at the departure date the villa must be be free from 10 am.
